Welcomers seeks to honor the preferences of donors for how they would like their contributions to be used.  However, in case a gift cannot be used as indicated by the donor, it will be applied to other important functions of Welcomers.  All contributions are received with the understanding that Welcomers has complete discretion and control over the use of the donated funds.  Donations to Welcomers are tax deductible in accordance with the provisions of the IRS.
